Terre del Conero Spaghetti with moscioli selvatici di Portonovo (mussels) and zucchini blossoms.

Ingredients for 4 people:
- 350 g Terre del Conero spaghetti
- 100 g zucchini blossoms
- 2 kg of mussels
- A clove of garlic
- Dry white wine
- Terre del Conero Extra-virgin olive oil

Preparation:
Clean the "mussels" and cook them over moderate heat in a covered pot, without water, so that they open up. Take them out of their shell, remove the outside and cut them into largish pieces. In a pan over a low heat put the unpeeled garlic into some Terre del Conero extra-virgin olive oil and then add the zucchini blossoms, cut into pieces. Finally, add the "mussels" along with some cooking water and cook everything together. Reduce to your taste with white wine. Cook the spaghetti and toss it in the pan together with the sauce.
