Chitarra with vegetables

Ingredients for four people:– 250 g of Terro Del Conero chitarra egg pasta
– 1 onion
– 50 g of bacon
– peas, courgettes, carrots, peppers, aubergines, cherry tomatoes to taste
– Terre del Conero extra-virgin olive oil to taste
– salt and pepper

Preparation:
In a pan, cook the chopped onion and bacon in Terre del Conero extra-virgin olive oil. Clean and dice the vegetables and add them little by little, paying attention to their respective cooking times. Also add salt, pepper and a bit of vegetable broth and leave it to season.
Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water and serve with the sauce.
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
