Terre del Conero Fettuccine with ham and peas

Ingredients for 4 people:
– 250 g of Terre del Conero fettuccine
– 300 g di peas
– 60 g of parma ham
– one onion
– vegetable broth or water to taste
– dry white wine
– Terre del Conero extra-virgin olive oil
– salt and pepper
– grated parmesan cheese

Preparation:
Cut the ham into strips and put it in a pan with the chopped onion and some Terre del Conero extra-virgin olive oil. After you flavor, sprinkle a little white wine and add the peas with a little vegetable broth or water, salt and a pinch of pepper; then simmer until the peas are tender.
After you have boiled the fettuccine, toss them in the pan with the sauce. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese before serving.
