Penne Terre del Conero with tuna and lemon

Ingredients for 4 people:
- 350g of penne Terre del Conero
-150g of canned tuna, in oil
-a teaspoon of salted capers
-one lemon

Preparation:
Drain the tuna of oil and crumble it into a tureen. Mix it with the capers, grated lemon peel and a little juice. Add, according to your taste, a little chopped parsley and some Terre del Conero extra-virgin olive oil.
Cook the penne and then combine them with the rest of the ingredients.
