Terre del Conero Linguine with courgettes and sausage

Ingredients for 4 people:
– 250 g of Terre del Conero linguine
– 2 sausages
– 2 courgettes
– a little onion
– a clove of garlic
– 5 small tomatoes
– Terre del Conero extra-virgin olive oil to taste
– thyme, salt and pepper
– grated parmesan cheese

Preparation:
Pour the Terre del Conero extra-virgin olive oil into a pan and heat the sliced onion along with a chopped clove of garlic; then add the crumbled sausage. Let it season, and then add the diced courgettes, a little water and the chopped tomatoes. Finally, let it simmer, and season with thyme, salt and pepper.
Cook the linguine and then combine it with sauce, adding grated Parmesan cheese.
