Terre del Conero Boccolotti with broccoli

Ingredients for 4 people:
- 350 g of Terre del Conero boccolotti pasta
- 400 g of green broccoli
- Terre del Conero Extra-virgin olive oil
- A clove of garlic
- 1 or 2 anchovies in oil
- Grated pecorino or ricotta cheese

Preparation:
Chop the garlic into pieces and heat it up in a pan with Terre del Conero Extra-virgin olive oil. Remove from heat, add 1 or 2 anchovies and dissolve them in oil with the help of a fork.
Clean the broccoli by removing the stems and keeping only the smaller leaves. Bring the water to boil, add salt and boil the broccoli and the pasta (boccolotti). When cooked, fry up the pasta and broccoli in a pan with the oil, garlic and anchovies, adding plenty of grated pecorino cheese or ricotta.
